We know from research that trust breaks down when people and companies operate without properly aligning and communicating the interests of parties in an exchange relationship. We are conducting an in-depth conference to explore how the healthcare industry is evolving and the alignment of interests among players that is needed to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the system for the long-term health of both patients and industry. Our goal is to bring together thought leaders from various stakeholder groups in the healthcare system to dialogue about issues are central to the evolution of this important human, medical and economic system.
