Dr. Hurley and the CFTO are currently presenting trust seminars to managers and leaders of a  major global bank. Presentations have included: London on 9/3/14, NYC on 10/9/14, Johannesburg on 10/14/14, and a Webinar on 10/3/14. Another London presentation is scheduled for 10/30/14, and a presentation in Singapore is scheduled for 10/31/14.

Nick Ghoussaini (formerly of Triton Capital) spoke on the topic of trust in Private Equity firms and acquisitions.

Rob McClary (Human Terrain Systems) spoke on how the US Military works to build trust with locals on the ground in conflict zones.


July 14, 2014

Christine Bader (Author, The Evolution of a Corporate Idealist) spoke on the topic of corporate responsibility and sustainability, based on her experience in the oil industry.

With the Conference Board, CFTO hosted a very successful Forum on Building a Trustworthy Organization last week in New York City. We would like to thank all our speakers and attendees for contributing to a very educational and spirited two days of discussion. Dr. Hurley represented the CFTO as part of Ethisphere Institute's 2014 Global Ethics Summit. His panel "Is Compliance Enough? How to Foster Ethical Decision-Making From the Top Down" focused on how organizations can go beyond mere regulatory requirements to build an ethical culture.
